Covered Treasures Bookstore (105 Second St., Monument) is hosting its annual “Spotlight on Local Authors” event on Saturday, March 2 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. This event brings local authors and the Tri-Lakes Community together. This year, the store is hosting three authors. Caroline H. Eklund will sign “the Secrets of Shannon-Berry Kingdom”; Jeff Morris will sign “Paper Dolls and Hollow Men” and Tena Stetler will sign “A Demon’s Witch” and other titles. Refreshments will be served.
