The Fastest Growing (and shortest) Running Event in CO is back
On September 29, Awake the Lake will hold its 10th Annual PALMER LAKE .5K (Yes “Point” 5), and it just keeps getting better. The “run for everyone” is a challenging entire ½ kilometer, where competitors are rewarded not only with the unique views of beautiful Palmer Lake, Colorado in autumn, but also a donut in the middle, and a beer/soda waiting at the finish line.
The race begins at 10:30 a.m. and the after party continues until we run out of beer/root beer/donuts.
Come out and join us in the only fun way we could come up with, and continue to support the improvement of parks, recreation and the namesake of Palmer Lake, Colorado!
