Head to Memorial Park bright and early on Friday, August 31 through Monday, September 3 for
Labor Day Liftoff. Opening ceremonies begin each morning at 6:30 a.m. with hot air balloon
inflations beginning at 7:00 a.m. After all the launches are complete, stick around on Saturday
and Sunday to watch the Wings of Blue U.S. Airforce Skydiving Team demonstration, an
Ultimate Frisbee Exhibition and Paddle Boarding sessions on Prospect Lake. You can even
purchase a ride from Rainbow Ryders for an experience of a lifetime. Evening sessions begin at
6:30 p.m. with another demonstration Saturday from the Wings of Blue and live entertainment
both Saturday and Sunday.
