This year’s parade theme is “Honoring our Heroes — Our Educators.” Our theme honors all those who have worked tirelessly over the years to educate our youth and especially during the COVID pandemic. These teachers and administration, food service, custodial and other workers have maintained the highest quality of education in our community in spite of repeated setbacks. We honor them with our parade because their effort, in the face of personal sacrifice, has sustained our community, nurtured our youth, and ensured a strong future for our nation.
