We serve four neighborhoods in the Tri-Lakes and North Colorado Springs area: Woodmoor, Jackson Creek, King’s Deer, and Northgate/Flying Horse. You may choose to advertise in one, two, three, or all four neighborhoods newsletters.
First, let us know which size ad you’d like to run, and in which neighborhood newsletter so we can reserve a space for you. Then, let us create an ad for you, or send in your own camera-ready ad.
We can create your ad for you using materials you supply, or accept a press-ready file from you (as a pdf) as long as your prepared ad is at specified size. There is no additional charge for our design services. We pride ourselves in creating professional and compelling ads so please feel free to leverage our talent and experience.
The monthly deadline is the 15th of each month.
Our Newsletters are in mailboxes on the last Saturday of every month.
We will send an invoice along with a copy of the newsletter(s) that contains your ad. You have 15 days to send in your payment by check. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
